Project Objectives:
The objective of making this poster is to let public know the importance and advantage of taking care of our forests. In assignment 1, I drew a symbol with a tree and leaf with red cross.And the cross means NO. The idea is weshould stop deforestation from now.In assignment 2, my idea is to show how beautiful the forests are before we cut it down . This is because I want to show how i relate my assignment with assignment 2. To link with assignment 3, I will produce a poster with tree. My idea is to draw the tree on the middle and environment to show how beautiful tree is and carry a message to public to stop deforestation.

Approach:

• At first,I will use some basic tools  to draw my background suck as pentool,brush,live paint bucket and other tools.
• Ater that I will use some effects, such as zig zag, twister and blur to beauty my drawing.
• For the text, I use type tool.Then i will fill those words with green colour.Since my topic was deforestation,so green colour was my main colour.
• Beside that , I also use gradient and  live trace to make it look different.
• Last, I will upload it on my blog.
  

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. August 25, 2008 – I updated my blog with my research and together with my  idea and statement for this assignment 3.
2. August 26, 2008 – I searched for some postersm pictures and criteria of making a poster as reference.So i will not lost.Beside,i also uploaded references and sketches to my blog. 
3. August 27, 2008 – I started to draw the poster by following my idea and i also screen shot down the process of making,so that i can upload to my blog.
4. August 28, 2008 – Still the half way to finish my poster.
5. August 30, 2008 –I done my poster.
6. September 2, 2008 – Finalized and edited my poster.
7. i will upload all things to my blog before September 9 because that day is submission day.

Ideation on Assignment 3~~

After i study the criteria of a poster.I know abit on how to design a poster.In order to obtain an effective poster, it is important to create an image that is the result of the combination of all the elements.A good poster is the one that draws people’s attention and that stands out among others of the same or different kind.
My scope is" Globle warming caused the decreasing of trees and forest."In my poster,i wan to centerize a tree that i drew in assignment 2.But may be i will change to another tree also.Since my assignment 2 tree was so ugly and uninteresting.I will also put a slogon on the poster to make the meaning of my poster become more clear.

Assignment3-References On How to Design a poster

This are some example that i found from internet.I use it as reference in my assignment 3 since my assignment is to design a poster.It is hard to design a poster if we don't know the criteria fro a poster.
