Finalized And Edited the symbol^^

After i done my symbol.I feel that the symbol and colours was too normal.So,i decided to edit it again.On the tree,i put some lines to make it not so empty.After that, i use gradient to change the colour of leaf so the leaf will become more beautiful.

The leaf and tree represent forests of our country that getting less and less.What will happen if all forests gone?The cross wif red colour represent STRICTLY NO for cutting trees again and regret of humans in future if we still don't try to take action to pretect our forest.

MEANING OF CLOURS

RED

-The power and how danger of the global warming that effects the world, heat of world getting higher and as red colour getting darker.Its too late if human regret later.

GREEN

-Dark green means the forest that still occur.Light green slowly cover dark green.And after light green cover whole leaf.That means our forests are gone.

BROWN

-The colour of the deforestation, the sadness of all human,world and all the living things as the global warming continue, it will cause a lot of damages to us.

Explanations And Process

7)Last,i use the rectangle to draw the cross on middle and fill it wif red colour.The symbol is done!

6)Same, i opened few layers and used rectangle tool to draw the tree.After that,i group them up and put it at middle on the leaf.

5)I opened new layer and i used rectangle tool to draw the cross and put it behind the leaf.

4)After that,i use line segment tool to draw the line.Make it just like a leaf.

3)I copy it and paste out.Then i use reflect to reflect it and group them together.

2)Then i use pen tool to draw half of a leaf and fill with green color.

I design my symbol base on deforestation.Deforestation is the permanent of indigenous forests and woodlands.The rem does not include the removal of industrial forests such as plantations of gums or pines.Deforestation has resulted in the reduction of indigenous forests to four-fifths of their pre-agricultural area.Indigenous forests now cover 21% of the earth's land surface.

WHAT ARE FOREST AND WOODLANDS?

In a forest the crowns of individual trees touch to form a single canopy.In a woodland,trees grow far a part,so that the canopy is open.

GOING GOING GONE!

Of great concern is the rate at which deforestation is occuring.Currently, 12 millions hectares of forests are cleared annually.Almost all of this deforestation occurs in the moist forests and open woodlands of tropics.At this rate all moist tropical forest could be lost by year 2050,except for isolated areas in Amazonia,The zaire basin,as well as a few protected areas within reserves and parks.Some countries such as Ivory Coast,Nigeria,Costa Rice, and Sri Lanka are likely lose all their tropical forest by the ear 2010 if no conservation steps are taken.

Final Sketch Of My Symbol

Finally,I decide to use leaf,tree n cross sign to be my final symbols.The cross sign represent NO.The leaf and tree show that leafs n trees in our world is decreasing its amount.The cross i put it on tree and leaf because i wan to tell that we must stop cutting trees.We will be regret if we dun start to protect our forests.If not will be too late if u regret after somethings happen.

Here are some of the global warming symbols that i did.My small topic is about deforestation. I still blur about it weather i wan to use deforestation as my main topic in assignment.I like the symbols that at the middle.But izzit suitable to use it as a symbol?~_~ I want to use my symbol to show that the forest is keep decreasing.
